SCSC#41 - SPOTS AND STRIPES

Gina chose the fab theme of Spots and Stripes for this week's challenge on SCSC. I don't normally like making Christmas cards, but I couldn't resist inking up this gorgeous reindeer from my SU Holly, Jolly Christmas set....isn't he cute!!



This is my first attempt at a slider card, and I thoroughly enjoyed using this technique. So, here's to many more Christmas cards !!

PROJECT TUESDAY

I have some great news to share with you. I have just joined the Stamps and Smiles PROJECT TUESDAY Design Team!! I was really thrilled at being asked to join such talented ladies.

There is a fabulous project set every Tuesday to inspire your creativity. This week the challenge is to make a Ghirardelli Box, although I haven't found these chocolates to buy here in the UK, the box is a perfect size for little treats! You can find the tutorial here.

BAG TAG...

I found a great challenge over on Project Tuesday, which is to make a Bag Tag.

With us fast approaching the end of our school year I thought this would be a lovely tag to attach to a teacher's gift bag. Hubby usually ends up with quite a few of these plastic wallet tags from visiting various places so it's great to have a use for them!

TWO CHALLENGES TO SHARE WITH YOU TODAY...

SCSC #36 IN THE JUNGLE

The challenge on SCSC this week has been set by the lovely Wendy.... the Secret Crafter herself!



We would like to see Jungle animals of any kind on your creations.

This little guy may look very familiar to you, and you would be right as I used him on a box project which I made for a previous Papertake Weekly challenge.

PTW- SHOE TIME

A bit late putting this post on as I went to see Take That last night at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. It was absolutely fantastic!!
